The Habitat and Water Quality Committee will meet on Monday, April 4, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources Washington Regional Office, 943 Washington Square Mall, Washington, NC.

The Committee will discuss the Krimmel, Pasquotank County permit elevation, and will also receive updates on several other projects.

The Committee will review the habitat and water quality sections of the Draft Striped Mullet and Shrimp Fishery Management Plans.

The Committee will also be given an update on the Coastal Habitat Protection Plan, and will discuss implementation of the North Carolina Marine Fisheries Commission priority for the CHPP, strategic habitat.

The Committee will also be given an update on the MFC workshops for compensatory mitigation.
