Exclamation MFC Habitat and Water Quality Comm mtg. 11/5/07

The Marine Fisheries Commission Habitat and Water Quality Committee will meet on Monday, November 5, at 1 p.m., at the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources Washington Regional Office, 943 Washington Square Mall, Washington.

The committee will first receive updates concerning the Marine Fisheries Commission activities.

The committee will receive several agency updates. The committee will discuss the “Inner Banks” development. The committee will be given an update on Cape Hatteras National Seashore negotiated rule making.

The committee will discuss new permit elevations and current elevated projects and will also review a list of items for presentation to the MFC at its November 2007 business meeting in Ocracoke.
