The North Carolina Marine Fisheries Commission (MFC) Sea Turtle Bycatch Advisory Committee (AC) will meet on Tuesday, May 17, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Department of Natural Resources, Washington Regional Office, Washington, NC.

The committee will continue reviewing draft fact-finding document sections pertaining to sea turtle federal mandates and current management and sea turtle strandings data section. The committee will prepare a report on sea turtle interaction with North Carolina's inshore fisheries and present it to the MFC in 2005.
