Shrimp FMP Advisory Comm. 4/13/05

The next meeting of the Shrimp FMP Advisory Committee (AC) will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. The AC will meet at Building 10; Board Room, located at Beaufort Community College, 5337 Hwy 264 East, Washington, NC.

The Committee will continue discussion of management of shrimping in Neuse River. Management options will be discussed, such as opening sections of the River when shrimp reach a certain size and closing specific areas of the River to shrimping.

If time is available the AC will begin discussion of shrimp management in Bay River.
