Default Bass fishing in Feb.

my local club had a tournament the last weekend of febuary and we had a great turnout.
there was approx. 8 boats that showed cause everyone thought it was gonna be to cold and windy.
I have to say it was a wonderful day of fishing. I took first place with a 5 fish limit that weighed in at 10.83 and big fish i had was 3.42 lbs.
second was 10.72 with 4 fish and big fish was 5.02 lbs.
had another 4.15 lb weighed in and a cpl that weighed in bags of 2 and 3 lbs.
all in all it was a good day and the fish were where everyone thought they shouldnt be. 4 ft of water that was around 50 degrees.
we blasted from lawsons creek in Newbern. with 15 to 20 mph winds made for a little rough rides to and from but the fish didnt mind the wind so neither could i.
