Lower Roanoke Stripers –anyone?

Greetings,
Has anyone been to lower Roanoke for stripers yet? I wonder if they are here in any #’s yet? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. NC Wildlife web only talks about the shad? Hello! What about the stripers?
