Smile Stripers on Roanoke

Hey folks fished the roanoke yesterday, put in @ the 45 bridge and fished out to the mouth with just a few small ones. left there and went to cowel creek (not sure of the spelling) and found good numbers of fish but they were all small. sure be glad when some bigger ones move in. The water is still cold, 53 in the river and 57 in the creek. butit was still a beautifull day on the water.
