Need Outfitting tips for Ultimate 12

I just purchased my first inshore fishing kayak. I have been paddling whitewater for 20 years and pier fishing all my life. Now I am putting the two together. I sold my last two whitewater boats and picked up a used (but looks new) ultimate 12 by Native Watercraft. It is the standard version, not the angler package version. I am looking for:
some outfitting advice
pictures of angler’s setups
recommended brand names for hard wear
websites with good prices for hardware
backyard instructions to DIY.

I am looking to add at the very least a dashboard, Anchor Trolley, Anchor, Flush Deck Rod Holder, Rod Holder, and some type of crate for storage.

I may add some fishing electronics later, do you have any recommendations. I am thinking small and waterproof.

Do ya'll use leashes on everything (rods and paddles).
