Zeke's Island!!

I have a youth group from a church that I am taking camping next week and was planning on an island in the cape fear area. I know that Zeke's Island is a great place to paddle to and fish but this time I will mother ship a few yaks and transport the group by skiff. Does anyone know if camping is allowed on Zeke's Island? Would this be a good choice, any precautions I should take, would anyone have a better suggestion of another island that would suit the outing better. Thanks for any help and suggestions.
