I left out thursday afternoon after work with a friend of mine from Chsapeake VA .When we got there we set up the camp site then started to fish.Thursday nite was real good! Fished for about three hours and got some real nice fish .Sleep in friday morning and went up to the power plant and did some cbaiting did ok but no bragers yet .Worked our way back to the hot dicth and started getting some real nice bass on top water and carolina rigs and the flukes. Fished friday nite and got some fish in the 5 to 6 lb range. Fished till about 1100 pm .Saturday morning was real hot at the hot ditch the big bass were busting the top hard got 4 bass 3 to 5 lbs in 3 cast..PULLED 2 IN AT ONE TIME ON A SPITTIN IMAGE. later that afternoon befor dark the fish were feeling the pressure that i was putting on them and fell back to the carolina rig witch produced some nice fish i got one that my buddy is holding in a picture that im going to put on here and as the front moved in on us the fishing pretty much stopped al togeather.. this morning was terrible 2 dinks at the hot ditch and then it was time to head back to the home stead .We had a great 3 days of some classic fishing on belews lake this past weekend . and I have alot more to share with you guys pics of the camp site and some local critters that we were visiting while camping . The bad thing of this report is i still dont know how to get my pics on here have to have the wife do that part .Well friends that about all i have to say for now. Ill get these pics on here as soon as i can. GOOD LUCK TO ALL YA FISH OUT THERE. i wont be having many report for a while got to save up for my vacation in june.the best time to fish belews now is early and late!!!!!!!!!!
