 Bond lake 8/14
Took my boy out to the dam this evening after dinner. I got skunked on a grape-colored PowerWorm, but he pulled in his first cat ever, and two small bream. The cat was a nice one for him -- maybe nine inches or so... put up a fairly respectable fight. Nightcrawlers on a #6 hook, bottom rigged with a #3 splitshot about six inches above the hook.
The point on the south end of the lake has been good to us for bream as well, and they like the bottom rig better than bobbers down there too.
