Dear Boss,
I apologize for being late to work today, but I wanted to explain what happened. This morning I thought I would finally heed the nagging from the Corporate Wellness folks and try to get some exercise before coming to the office. Big mistake!
It all started at 7am at Falls Lake, Upper Barton Creek. The first exercise was pretty easy and I thought I'd could keep this up for a while...
So I continued on. At about 8:00 thing really got crazy I managed to double my reps:
That was invigorating and it told me a lot about diet:
It was so addicting that I tried a whole bunch more different ones like these:
Somewhere along the way, I seem to have lost track of time. Every time I tried to leave, I would find another and get delayed even more.
It wasn't all fun & games though as I did learn some of the signs of overeating:

Anyway, I'm sorry that I was late getting in this morning. Here's my workout summary - I think the Wellness folks want it for their records:
I'm so glad I took their advice to start a workout program - my morale was so good today that I think I might go again tomorrow!
