Falls Lake near Penny Hester Bridge Report

So this morning (about 5 am) I went out down below the Penny Hester Bridge on 98. Put out a cat rod (nothing all morning) and fished some of the blowdowns along the shore. Caught a few decent sized blue gill and a slew of smaller bluegills and green sunfish. Wasn't very eventfull but still fun nonetheless. Oh yeah I had a staring contest with a beaver, he came up within 10 feet of me and just stared at me for a few minutes then turned around, slapped his tail on the water(which he had been doing all morning which probally didn't help my fishing any) and left, after that it was a while before I caught another fish.
