Kerr Docks Underwater

This is a take-off of another post. Looks like quite a number of the ramps to the floating docks on Kerr Lake are under water. The only dry access to Flemmingtown is via the handicap dock and it doesn't have a boat ramp beside it. If your launching by yourself, it may cause some logistical problems if your shy about getting your feet wet!
