luck at Quaker lake?

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck at Quaker Lake in Haw River? I was there about a month ago and had several good fights but never landed any in the boat. Wife and kid are going out of town Friday so I've been given a man day and I was debating on yard work or a lake trip
