Saltwater size and catch limits 2008

I am trying to find out if the 2008 limits are changed from the 2007 ones. I cant find anything but the ones fromm 2007 at the DMF web site.
2007 NC Recreational Coastal Waters Guide - October
Anybody know where else to check.
