| I've added a new feature to the checkout system of our eStore. It is called "Change Round Up" and it is a way to round up your purchase to the nearest dollar (or more if you like) to support some select non-profit charities. A little change can go a long way in changing our world. If you make a purchase in the eStore you will see the Change Round Up logo on the checkout confirmation page. To round up your purchase simply select Yes to the Change Round Up option then choose the non-profit you'd like the change to go to and Recalculate your transaction. It will automatically calculate the change necessary to round your purchase up to the next dollar, but you can always give more if you like. The first two charities that I've added are: New Directions International - Grounded firmly in the Word of God, New Directions International is a global missions and relief organization that actively connects individuals and churches with the work of missions by linking strategic international leaders with the means to advance the Kingdom in developing countries. His Nets, Inc. - HIS Nets, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting malaria. We raise money to purchase insecticide treated mosquito nets which we distibute free of charge to Sub-Saharan Africa and other malaria areas in the world. I have started with these two charities because I have personal experience with them and know of their good work and accountability. I would like to add a non-profit that is related to fishing or water quality in NC. I have sent correspondence to a couple of options but if you have an idea of a non-profit that is doing excellent work on behalf of North Carolina Anglers, please suggest then here. We can only have three non-profits in the eStore at a time but I can build a list and rotate them each month. I hope you like this addition to the eStore. The Change Round Up organization charges 10% of each donation for their operating expenses, but the remaining 90% of anything donated goes to the designated non-profit. This is a great way to give change to make change.
