Planer Fishing for Stripers video - Need recipes

Hi guys. We're shooting our first NCangler.com Fishing DVD on planer fishing for Striped Bass this Tuesday. I want to include a segment on the DVD for cooking/grilling fish. So send me your best recipe for cooking Striper via email. If we use your recipe on the DVD we'll recognize your name and city (so be sure to include that information) and I'll send you a NCangler.com cap or tshirt for free.
