Question The Ultimate Fishing Tool?

Just out of curiousity, I'm wondering if any of you had the chance to design your own fishing tool/knife for either Saltwater or Fresh , and cost wasn't an issue.
  • What features would you include?
  • Would you prefer a sheath or it to fit in a pocket?
  • What charteristics (ie, finish, size,) should it have?
  • If it has pliers, how should the plier be designed?
  • Which tools (Leatherman, Abel, Shimano) currently exsist that have features that you prefer? What are they? What are the features?
Remember this would be the last fishing tool that you ever desire so no nothing is is out of the question.
