Mercury Shallow Water Drive

I just purchased a mercury 4 stroke 25 but it did not come with the available shallow water drive. Does anybody know where to buy the assembly? My dealer is no longer carrying outboards so they are of no help. I have tried to do some research but came up with nothing.
