What Boat??????

Hi everyone. Just wanted to get some advice on what type/model of boat people consider the best around here. As a new member and new to fishing East Coast I could use a lot of help. I am looking for something that will be good inshore and offshore if that is possible considering my $ limitations. I have been considering a 19' bay or 21' triumph as my 1st option. Don't know why but this boat appeals to me. If you have experience with triumph or could recommend other boat types (SKIFF/Bay/V-Hule) that you think would be better for fishing both inshore/offshore that would great. As a note, I have never owned a boat so that should probably be considered. All of my ocean fishing experience so has been with charters on the west coast but it is time for me to start doing this on my own.
