Badin Lake Question?

Hey guys I got a small question for ya. Theres a few spots up river of the RR trussel on the right where some folks have camped.....is this a legal campsite. My brother is wanting to take his family up there and wants to know if its ok for them to camp there? Any type of info on this would be helpful guys. Thanks!!
