Default First time fishing on Falls Lake

Hey guys, need some advice:

I am taking a co-worker out on Falls Lake this Saturday morning and he has never really fished anything but hook and bobber in a private pond for bream.

He wants to go Bass fishing. My current plan is to fish weedless plastic worms and just work the spots I normally fish. Obviously if we dont get anything I will change up my lure and try to find whats working. I will let him borrow whatever he needs if say they are hitting crankbaits or whatever. Its easy to share plastics as I have a ton, but I run a tad lean on stocking the expensive stuff as I drive by a Dick's Sporting store ever work day and just restock as needed.

I am open to suggestion on how to make this easy on the new-comer and most of all enjoyable/fun. How do you get someone started that basically has no tackle and has rarely fished ?

thanks
