Help at Rhodes Pond

Now that i have a boat I am looking for some places to bass fish. I have fished a few farm ponds inthe area and have had good luck but not at Rhodes Pond. I have only been a few times. Twice was bad weather. I went today (warm and breezy) and had no luck.

Does anybody have suggestions on particular spots at Rhodes or specific lures? The "pond" is more of a small lake (455 acres). That's a lot of water to hunt for fish.
