High Rock Cats?

I have a friend of mine coming into town next Friday and he wants to do some catfishing that nite. I was thinking about High Rock and just wanted to see if any of ya'll could put me on a decent location to catch some big cats. I like to fish with live bait so I'll either catch shad or blue gill. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
