Default JitterBugin at Midnight

The moon was full and bright last night. I couldn't sleep so I did the next best thing. I grabbed my pole and the late night secret weapon, a XL Black Jitterbug and headed for the pond here in Mebane, NC. After fishing for about an hour I landed 7 large mouth bass. The largest weighed in at 6 lbs 14 oz. My technique included. 1) when the lure hit the water after the cast I just let it sit there for 10-20 seconds before retrieve. 2) A slow stop and go retrieve.

I plan on going again tonight, and this time I am taking my daughter.

Who says you can't dance the JitterBug after the lights go out
