Jordan Lake Crappie

Does anyone know the predominant crappie species at Jordan? I always thought most of them were white crappie but I saw the article on the new state record for crappie and noticed the old record was just under 2 pounds. I thought 2#+ white crappie were caught out of Jordan pretty regulary. I guess they are black crappies?? Anyone know?
