Default Waterville (Walters/Waterfall) Lake access

Talked to gentleman with the NCWRC at the Mountain State Fair on Sunday that said the NCWRC is trying to get access to Waterville (AKA Walters or Waterfall) Lake on the Pigeon River in Haywood County.

This is an old lake owned by Progress Energy and there is no public access (at least no launch ramps).

So far they cannot find any willing sellers of property on the lake but they are still trying.

Please send the the NCWRC letters and emails encouraging them to get access to Waterville Lake.
