Berkely Sand Fles

We fish at Ocean Isle and practically the whole island has had beach renourishment the last couple of years. Sand Fleas are practically non existent. Noticed the artificial Sand Flea Berkley has out. Has anybody used these? Any luck with them? Do you fish them on two hook bottom rig, or do you need to move them along the bottom?
