Surf Stripers advice

Hello. I've put a lot of time in the surf for stripers in NY (for those who are familar, Smiths Point, Montauk, North Shore) and with the kayak. I've moved to Wake forest about 18 months ago. Is there anyone that can suggest a place to go & stay (vs sleeping in my jeep) for good surfcasting or a place to launch my kayak for stripers later in the year?

I greatly appriciate any advice. Thank you.
