Default Pamlico River and Sound Advice

Visiting Bath NC this summer and looking for advice. Can anyone help me with advice on what is biting through the rest of the summer, what they are likely to hit and most importantly where to go and what to look for - I don't know the waters? I have a 19 foot boat so I can access most of the Pamlico from Washington and into the Sound. Also have a GPS/Fish Finder - any advice on locations or what to look for on the shoreline or bottom would be greatly appreciated!
