Stream fishing around Raleigh?

Hi There,
I do most of my fsihing out on the Eno River.
A few bass patrol the waters there but they quite often seemed spooked.
Clear water and in the summer, low water levels make the fishing a bit more difficult. Does anyone have suggestions on other streams to fish in the Raleigh area. I like to wade but don't mind fishing friom the bank either.
