It's not always about how much $$$$ you have! Sometimes it's about having the favor of God upon your life. For example in Feb. a $4800.00 medical bill was wiped clean by the doctor who treated me. This week a $9500.00 hospital bill now has a $1400.00 balance. Yesterday I needed a transfer oil pump for my boat. Went to the dealer to buy it, $130.00. A mechanic that knew me drove up and asked what I needed so I told him. Just so happens he had one in the shop and gave it to me. It's things like these that keep happening because I've been obedient to God in tithing and offerings and now receive God's favor. You see it's not always about how much money you have coming in but sometimes it's about how much God saves you from spending out. It all started three years ago when my wife and I got serious about our giving. Proverbs 3, 9-10 talks about the over abundance we receive when we give. In 2005 wE owed $3500.00 in income taxes but when we sent in our tax forms the IRS said we didn't owe them but they owed us $1050.00. We took the money they sent us and put it into a ministry. Ever since we have been seeing the favor of God in our lives as mentioned above. He's no respector of persons either. He'll do the same for anyone who will follow His principles of sowing and reaping. It's all about trusting Him to do what He says He will do.
God Bless,
Gery
