fish prep question.. ok yeah so this is a tad late for the question. but can some one tell me the best way to prep differant types of salty fish.. fillets verus steaks which fish do you do it too??
the lil spots/croakers/mullet i did not fillet just scaled them, beheaded them,and cleaned them.. the ones with the pointer head -i don't know which one of them that is-was full of egg sacks..
the trout i just filleted it..
