Got my new boat and need advice

Just got my new boat, Carolina Skiff 17DLX. I now come to my first delema And some advice from you experienced boat owners would be helpful.
I plan to get two depth finders, one for trolling on the bow, and one for being under way on the console, both Lowrance x102c’s. Question is weather to use two transducers or one transducer with a two transducer switch. Problrm of two tranducers is, Lowrance says there will be interference if both units are on at the same time. So I could only use one at a time. This option would have one transducer on transom and one on trolling motor. Another problem is that the cable on trolling motor and deck gets to be messy with this install.

With the two transducer switch installation the transducer is in the rear not by casting deck (problem?) but a lot cleaner installation. What do you guys think. Also any ideas for a name?
