New Boat Ramps in Morehead

There was an article in the Morehead newspaper last Sunday about the construction of some much needed boat ramps in Morehead. It mentioned possibly building six ramps at the site of the new fishing pier on the newport river right across HWY 70 from Radio Island Marina. The question I have for anyone with some inside information is this - It the building of the ramps a done deal or is it some wishfull thinking depending on getting some type of grant or something?
