 Pamlico River Water Conditions. If you want to get an idea of the water temp, salinity, O2 levels along the Pamlico River here is a great site. Around here this is vital info to tell whether you need to head up or down river to target specific types of fish because of our ever changing Brackish water and wind driven tides.
