 Striper size ? Just checking to make sure, but in another post someone was talking about spring stripers and made a remark about the size. Has the size of stripers changed?. To my understanding in and around the Tar, and Pamlico Rivers the stripers you can keep are 18" to 28" Is this still the same for 2008? Thanks Chris
