Default Swivel sizes and pound ratings

Out of curiosity, I have looked on the net and I can't find an explanation of what the ratings for barrel and 3-way swivels translate into for pound rating.

Normally I buy barrel swivels based on "yea that looks big enough" but I am going to order some stuff online and I can't use that time-tested method.

I am going to be using these bottom bouncing offshore for grouper and similar bottom dwellers using 65# line on the reel. Do I just order the big 5/0 boys or are those oversized for my purposes?
