 Washington NC Boat launch City Boat Dock Runyon Creek at East Main and Park Drive As part of the Havens Gardens complex, the City offers free boat-docking facilities on Runyon Creek off of Park Drive. The facility features two boat ramps, docks, parking for cars and trailers, and a covered picnic shelter. Decent ramp with good depth for larger boats. Also a kayak/bike shop and a bar/grill on the same lot. Coming from HWY 17 follow 3rd street through downtown and ramps are on left across from Haven's Garden park. Can get VERY busy and fill up fast on the weekends.
