Leap year income tax revenue

I dont know where my mind comes up with these things, but I was thinking today about it being a Leap Year and noticed the 29th of FEB is a Friday. That is a work day for most Americans so they will be taxed for their extra income from that day. I wonder what the additional days taxes add up to and how it is handled. I bet some "bean counters" in Washington grin from ear to ear on a leap year workday!!
