Rosco's in Wake Forest - gone?

I thought I saw a Going out of Business banner at Rosco's last week. Drove by to check over the weekend and they looked gone. "For lease" sign on their end of the building. Hate to lose a small local outfitter. Did anybody get a chance to stop in & find out what's going on?
