I am goin after the big ocean striped bass once they come into town this winter. I have never fished for a fish this size and I have never caught one their size. I have no boat but reading forums I hear they can be caught off of jetties. So again my rod is picked out, its a Ugly Stick (dont try to change my mind, its a brand loyalty thing and I don't think you could show me a better rod) but I am looking for reel suggestions under $250. Under $100 would be outstanding. I will be using braided line. Any help would be great, I searched forums and couldn't find anything that was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for the help.
