FAAN Cookout

We had a great turn out for the cookout, yesterday. The food was awesome with Paul and Sharon Vedros providing us with a Louisiana Style Crab Boil with Crabs, Shrimp, and Smoked Sausage. Jim Thomas manned the Grill and whipped up some Burgers and Dogs and we even enjoyed some Catfish and Crappie filets. Anita Kittredge and Sharon Mathis also provided us with some wonder side dishes to go along with our meal and to finish it off we enjoyed some great Lemon cookies prepared by Jeanette Gallaher.

The cookout marked the end of the membership by the drawing for the Shimano Reels. Our membership has nearly doubled as a result of the membership and I would like to thank everyone who participated. The winner of the Shimano reels was Keith Gallaher. Keith graciously donated the Symetre Reel back to a general which was won by Eddie Mathis. We also drew tickets for some a Sufix Fishing Line and Gatco Sharpeners. Al Kittredge was the winner of An Otis Elite Cleaning System which retails for $120.

Thanks to everyone that came out. We had great food and conversation with some perfect companionship.
