Default Pier Fishing for Dog Fish, Best Rigs?

I've entered a Dog fishing tournament from the Sea View Fishing Pier, I've caught dog fish on Hi/Low rigs without targeting them, just curious what type of set up is recommended specifically for dog fish, (i.e.) what type and size hook and leader? Thanks for your response

I tie my own 2 to 4 (yes some times 4) hook rig with 50lb-60lb mono (big game is fine). a wide gap 4/0 or 5/0 circle hook. ( I like to use those catfishing too so I keep them around.) They don't get big so this is more than enough to get it done.

Pretend you are fishing for anything but dogfish.
