I attended the planning meeting for this and got to give some first hand opinions on this plan. It looks good for the limited space they have to work with and it will not be such a mudhole anymore. They added some new play equipment across the road too in Havens Gardens playground. There is a kayak/bike shop right there at the ramp that rents also and a grill/pub.
