Easy sauce for salmon

Love salmon just about any way. If you are in a hurry, pan fry or broil a couple of steaks. You can mix up this sauce before the fish is done.

Crushed Dill: 2 tsp to 2 tbl depending on your taste.
Square of cream cheese that is room temp.
Dash of salt (optional) and pepper.
(Optional: 1 tbl of mayonnaise)

Dump it all in a bowl and mix well.

Put a dollop on the fish as it finishes cooking.

Bring out the hoochbox and enjoy.
