Pros: castability, catches fish
Cons:

I've been using the baby 1-minus (1/4 oz) in bone color. Works great. Superb in nasty shallow cover in the backs of creeks & coves or over submerged weeds. Stays between 6-12in below the surface depending on retrieve speed with a wide wobble. I treat it much like a spinner bait, but with 5 more hooks.

Have also had success with the crawfish imitating colors in shallow rocky rivers & creeks.

I have not tried the bigger model 1-minus but its not so much bigger that it should make much difference.
