Description: The quiet, smooth-casting superbraid. Stealth combines the manageability of monofilament with the strength, sensitivity, and thin diameter of a superbraid. Stealth flows smoothly and quietly off the reel spool and shoots through rod guides like a bullet for long, accurate casts. The secret to its superior performance is an incredibly thin diameter, coupled with tight weave construction and Teflon® pressure-treated microfibers. Unlike wax-coated lines, the Teflon process used to create Stealth permeates the entire braid and doesn’t wear off. No more worries about backlashes, low knot-strength, or line “digging” into the spool. Be prepared to be surprised

Pros: limp, quiet, no memory, durable, thin, round, strong
Cons: maybe too limp - wraps the rod guides frequently

I was looking for a no-memory braid, small diameter, easy casting. 8/30 Stealth has been the ticket.

No fraying, no "fuzzing", very little loss of color even after 2+ years on the spool. Still going strong. Easy to tie knots with to hooks, eyes, clips & swivels (palomar or trilene), but requires special knots for floro leaders - blood & uni-to-uni slipped, but J knot worked for me.

The biggest downside is that it is so low-memory that it gets very whippy in the wind and tends to wrap on the rod guides an awful lot more than I'd like.
