We finally had a decent weather report of 2-3' seas so me and usmcbecker headed out of NRI looking for Bonito. We struck out to Christmas Rock since we had lake like conditions. They got the forecast wrong in a good way this time. Look at the waves in the pic, basically flat. We trolled for a good while with no luck. Saw a few small pods of bonito but could never get to em in time to catch any. Had a few frosty beverages and decided to pull the lines in, head further east and search for the bonito. We ended up about 19 miles out only finding a school of blues. Water temps were 55 out of the inlet, 55 divers rock, 57 Christmas rock, and 61 about 19 miles out.
